By hiring a baby carrier from Carry with Care, you ("the Hirer") agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Hire Period The standard hire period is 1 week, starting from the date the carrier is collected. Extensions may be available by prior agreement. Carriers must be returned on or before the agreed return date. Only return carriers to Meghan at an event or pre-arranged collection, do not return carriers to venues. 2. Fees Weekly hire fee: £10 per carrier. Card details will be kept on file but only used if the carrier is returned damaged, if you fail to return the carrier, or for late return fees. Late return fee: £1 per day, per carrier. If a carrier is not returned within 3 weeks of the due date, and no communication has been received, you will be charged the full replacement cost of the item. 3. Condition and Care Carriers are lent in clean, safe, and fully functional condition. Do not wash or alter the carrier. If cleaning is required, contact Carry with Care for specific instructions. Please keep carriers away from smoke, pet hair, and strong odours (e.g., perfume or cooking smells). 4. Loss or Damage The Hirer is responsible for the carrier during the hire period. If a carrier becomes damaged during the hire period, please contact us immediately and do not use it any further. Significant damage, loss, or misuse may result in a charge for repair or full replacement. 5. Safety and Use Hirers must use the carrier in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and the guidance provided during the fitting by Carry with Care. Hirers are fully responsible for the safe use of the carrier during the hire period. Carriers must not be used for any activity that could pose a risk to the child, such as cycling, running, swimming, or sleeping unsupervised. 6. Liability Carry with Care is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of the hired carrier. Use is at the Hirer's own risk. All personal details will be kept in accordance with GDPR, and will only be used in relation to your carrier hire.
